2.Payment Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. Payments are handled manually directly between you (the customer) and our sales representatives via bank transfer as specified on your invoice.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to the tour departure date. If the booking is made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
• Direct Manual Payments: Our system does not process credit cards or support online checkout. All payments are completed manually and verified directly between customers and sales agents.
• Currency: All prices and payments are processed in USD or VND as specified in your invoice.

3.Cancellations by the Traveler

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure, or no-shows: 100% of the total tour cost.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation fees.

4.Cancellations or Changes by Us

We reserve the right to modify or cancel itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). In the rare event we must cancel a tour, we will offer an alternative tour or a full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking (e.g., visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights).

5.Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all our travelers. Your policy must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, and evacuation. We recommend coverage for trip cancellation and luggage loss as well. You may be asked to provide proof of insurance before departure.

6.Passports and Visas

You must carry a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining beyond the duration of your trip. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have the correct visas and travel documents for entering Vietnam. We accept no responsibility if you are refused entry to the country.

7.Health and Fitness

You must ensure you are medically and physically fit for travel. It is your responsibility to consult a physician for vaccination and medical advice tailored to travel in Southeast Asia. Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

8.Liability

League of Titans Travel acts as an agent for local transport operators, accommodations, and activity providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, death, delay, or damage to personal property caused by the actions, omissions, or negligence of these independent suppliers.

9.Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Da Nang City, Vietnam.
